When Big HQ set out to produce an unforgettable pre-concert experience for Swifties, they turned to Kuwlvu to bring the vision to life. Hosted at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, Taylgate ‘24 was designed to be more than just a party — it was a fully immersive fan celebration. With over 30,000 attendees across six days, the scale and energy of the event called for next-level creativity and flawless execution. Kuwlvu worked closely with Big HQ to concept, design, and develop custom pieces that elevated every corner of the experience.

Kuwlvu led the full fabrication and installation of Taylgate’s standout brand moments, turning bold ideas into high-impact experiences. From the giant heart-shaped hands adorned with Taylor Swift-style bracelets to the whimsical Sheertex Best Friend Chapel and interactive Spin to Win wheel, every detail was thoughtfully crafted and delivered on a tight timeline — creating unforgettable spaces fans couldn’t get enough of.

The results? Pure magic. Kuwlvu’s builds became focal points for interaction, celebration, and connection. The heart hands photo moment flooded social feeds. The Best Friend Chapel became a fan-favorite stop for sweet ceremonies. And the custom activations gave every guest something to remember. Whether dancing under the lights or crafting a beaded bracelet, fans were surrounded by imaginative, tactile experiences — all made possible through Kuwlvu’s work. The event wasn’t just a success.
